The Qiyadat Global - Georgetown is a women's leadership program delivered virtually in collaboration between the Qiyadat Global program in Saudi Arabia, and Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in the United States.
It provides emerging women leaders with an intense learning program focused on practical strategic leadership skills for effectively managing and overcoming challenges faced by female leaders.
Some cohorts of the program will be delivered in-person, while the others will be delivered virtually through Zoom, and it incorporates interactive programs rather than a series of continuous one-way lectures.
The program consists of an orientation module and five days of interactive online sessions.
Women who have shown high potential in middle-management in business, government, or non-profit organizations wish to transform their talent by learning the knowledge and gaining the tools to prepare themselves for roles in senior leadership, including the C-suite and beyond.
Females from the Middle East countries and G20 countries.
The age requirement to apply to this program is between 30 and 45 years old.
The required working experience to apply to this program is 7 years, 3 of which are in a mid-level management position.
Yes, Proficiency in the English language in writing, reading, and speaking is a requirement to apply for the program, as English will be the primary language of delivery.
Yes, you will need to prepare a photocopy of your ID, Iqama, or passport. In addition, two letters of recommendation on the company’s official letterhead in Arabic or English, one from a previous direct manager and one from your current direct manager.
Participants will have to cover their own travel, lodging and transportation for the in-person cohorts.
Yes, Qiyadat Global - Georgetown will award a certificate to each student who successfully completes the program.
